DuctSox Fabric Ducting have a range of options to assist you with your fabric duct design.
This option allows air to pass through the fabric with the airflow rate controlled by the fabric weave and the internal static pressure. Air can be delivered exclusively through the porous fabric or can be combined with various venting options to achieve desired airflow.
Air porous fabric options are a commonly used alternative to exposed double-wall metal duct systems.
No air is able to pass through the fabric weave for this option. Airflow is delivered through orifices and various other venting options to achieve desired airflow.
Non-porous fabric options are a commonly used alternative to exposed single-wall metal duct/diffuser systems.
DuctSox offers a variety of specialty fabrics that have been designed to fit the specific needs of various spaces.
Airflow control is critical in HVAC air dispersion. The zip-in Adjustable Flow Device (AFD) offers variable resistance to balance static regain, balance airflow to branches, reduce turbulence, and reduce abrupt start-ups. The patented AFD is a polyester mesh cone with a factory set or field adjustable hemmed drawstring aperture for air balancing DuctSox Fabric Ductwork Systems. AFD devices come standard with Sedona-Xm and TufTex Systems. It is also an option with other fabrics.
Except at the inlet, all AFD’s are pre-set from the factory and should not require field balancing. The inlet AFD can be adjusted for airflow turbulence.

Our own PrintShop technicians can help you customise your DuctSox with FULL colour images, block lettering, fancy lettering, custom designed logos… you name it! Our imaging process produces incredibly sharp images that are unmatched by typical screen printing!
There are several different standard personalising options to choose from. One Colour which includes text and simple one-colour logos and images, or Full Colour which includes all multi-colour logos and images.
There are several stock colours available for the One Colour option, while we do have other colours available to order including non-stock colours, custom colours (e.g. Pantone colours), and specialty colours (e.g. metallics). Several different standard fonts are available. Other fonts are available upon request.
We also have custom options available if the standard options do not meet your personalisation needs.
